Rent is due on the 1st and late on the 3rd of each month. The eviction process begins on the 4th of each moth unless you instruct us otherwise. We provide tenants with 3 different ways to pay rent, so payment is easy.

NO! We have a dedicated team of property managers that will be the primary point of contact for your tenants. They will handle all repair requests during normal business hours that are not deemed an emergency. For emergency repairs, we have a dedicated line to handle these requests urgently so that you are never bothered for a leaky sink or broken pipe!

We have agreements in place with local tradesmen and contractors to get preferred pricing and schedule priority for all of our properties. This will ensure the highest level of quality and fastest response time in the industry!

Although VERY important, we believe that it’s not all about credit score and income- it’s about the people too! Through our individual experiences with new/prospective tenants, our managing directors have adopted the philosophy of an extensive vetting process to ensure the tenants are not only well-qualified but also responsible and dependable people! Our clients have the final sign-off of prospective tenants

Regardless of how well-qualified a tenant is, the unfortunate reality is that there is a risk of needing to evict a tenant. The good news is that this is why you hired a property manager! Yes, we will handle evictions for you for a low fee of $395.
